Nothing on the Site replaces an on-site evaluation by a qualified service provider or advice from an arborist, engineer, contractor, pest professional, utility locator, attorney, or other appropriate professional when those services are needed.

Communications
By submitting a service request, you authorize the Site and independent providers receiving your request to contact you about that request by phone, text message, or email. Message and data rates may apply.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the Site to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading requests
- Upload malicious files or attempt to interfere with Site security
- Scrape, copy, republish, or exploit Site content in violation of applicable law
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority regarding a property
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes
